Register for free at OpsBack. Choose HVAC as your industry and enter your shop details. You'll also add your service area (ZIP codes and state) during signup — you can update it anytime later in Leads Hub.

Step 2

Define your service area

List the ZIP codes you cover plus your state (and an optional region label like "Philadelphia Metro"). OpsBack matches leads to shops by ZIP first, then by state. The more accurate your list, the better we can route jobs in your territory.

Step 3

Fund your Leads Hub balance

Leads Hub uses a prepaid balance — not a job deposit. When OpsBack assigns you a lead, the lead fee is deducted from your balance. You must keep at least $350.00 remaining after each assignment (lead fee: $150.00 per assigned lead).

Add funds from Leads Hub using preset amounts or a custom top-up. Optionally enable auto-reload so your saved card automatically brings your balance back to the minimum when it drops low.

Do I pay if I don’t receive any leads?

No. Your prepaid balance sits in your Leads Hub account until a lead is assigned to you. You are only charged the lead fee when OpsBack routes a qualified job to your shop.

Can I change my service area later?

Yes. Update your ZIP codes, state, or region anytime from Leads Hub in your shop dashboard. OpsBack uses this area to match leads to your shop.

What happens if my balance runs low?

You need enough prepaid balance to cover the next lead fee plus the minimum balance that must remain after assignment. Enable auto-reload in Leads Hub to automatically top up from your saved card, or add funds manually.

Is OpsBack registration free?

Yes. Creating your shop account is free. The only cost for Leads Hub is the prepaid balance you add to receive assigned leads — there is no separate signup fee for lead delivery.

How quickly will I start getting leads?

Once your shop account is created, your service area is set, and your Leads Hub balance meets the minimum, OpsBack can start assigning leads from our ad and voice campaigns in your coverage area.
