Creating Your OpsBack Account
How to register your business and get started with OpsBack.
To create an OpsBack account, visit opsback.com and click "Start Free." You will be asked for your name, email, phone, password (or Google), shop details, and service area. Password signups verify the phone with an SMS code.
Choosing Your Industry
During registration you select your primary industry. OpsBack supports over 20 industries including appliance repair, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, locksmith, garage door, mobile mechanic, roofing, landscaping, pest control, painting, cleaning, and more. Your industry selection customizes terminology throughout the platform — for example, "Appliance Type" for appliance repair shops or "System Type" for HVAC companies.
What Happens Next
After signup you land on Get Started: add yourself (or invite someone) as a technician, create a practice job, then close it out end to end. Install the OpsBack technician app on iOS or Android for check-in, photos, and Tap to Pay — web closeout also works. Once that loop is done, the dashboard guides you to a real customer job, W-9, and credits.
